During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the beautiful decor and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The location was ideal with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. the festive activities offered were a great touch, such as the Christmas markets and carol singing.
We experienced some unfriendly service from some of the staff members. The heating in the room was not effective, causing us discomfort during the cold nights.

We chose this hotel due to its location near the beautiful small lakes in the Alps and the lovely garden. the modern room with a great view of the mountains was spacious and comfortable. the bathroom with a rain shower was also nice. the breakfast was OK, but not exceptional.

We had a great stay with stunning views from our modern and spacious room. The bathroom was lovely with a refreshing rain shower. The hotel facilities were nice and well-kept, including a charming garden and chapel. The breakfast was fresh and the hot water for tea was a welcome touch. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect, with a nice walk to the chapel and small lakes of the Alps. The staff provided excellent service and the housekeeping was top-notch. The room amenities were impressive, with heating, a terrace, and garden furniture. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the dining restaurant and the snack bar was convenient for a quick bite. The spa & wellness center was a relaxing oasis, with a sauna, solarium, and massage services. The sun terrace and loungers in the garden area were perfect for soaking up the sun. this venue offered an array of amenities and services that made our stay truly enjoyable.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Spent Christmas at a hotel near the border and had a pleasant experience. the rooms were comfortable and the restaurant offered delicious food. the location was perfect, allowing us to enjoy beautiful views and take part in outdoor activities. the staff was friendly and assisted us with everything we needed.
the heating system did not work properly in our room, which made the temperature unbearable during the night.
